How long does a visit last?

Each visit is 25 minutes long unless you specify a longer period.
How frequently will you visit our pet?

We will visit your pet as often as you request. We suggest you maintain the same schedule for your pet as you would if you were at home.
Will your care giver give my pet medication?

We will give your dog or cat prescribed pills. We will also apply ear, eye and other topical ointments. We will not administer injections
Who are your pet care givers?

Our pet care givers are local residents from all walks of life. All are conscientious, animals lovers and have owned and/or work with animals
How far in advance do I need to make reservations?

Please schedule visits with your pet early. We will try to meet your urgent needs, but we may not be able to meet your requirements without at least 48 hour prior notice
What will you do if my pet becomes ill?

An ill pet is our highest priority. If we are not able to contact you we will take your pet to our vet or Animal 911. We request full contact information and vacation itineraries to help us care for emergencies
What is your cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellations 24 hours or more before a scheduled visit. There is a $20.00 charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit.
Do you only service Evanston, Skokie, and Wilmette?

While our focus is serving the cities of Evanston, Skokie, and Wilmette, our coverage area is in Chicago's North Shore and North Suburb cities, including Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Highwood, Highland Park, Glencoe, Winnetka, Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, and Kenilworth. If the city you live in is not listed and you living the general vicinty, please contact us and we will let you know if we can service your area.
