A1 Home Pet Care's Policies
Scheduling - For regular services please give us three to five days
notice. All services are offered based on availability. At our initial meeting
we will discuss your service needs and set up a schedule to meet those needs.
Thereafter, please notify us 24 hours before any scheduling changes to avoid a
cancellation charge. In the event of an emergency or unexpected need please
give us as much notice as you can and we will do our best to fit your pet into
our schedule.
Payment - We require a full deposit for all first time clients, single
visit services, and for Vacation Care. Our fees include substantial discounts
for advance purchase of five, ten and twenty day packages. We currently accept
cash and checks. We will soon begin accepting credit cards including Visa and
Master Card.
Cancellations, Refunds and Credits - We charge $20.00 for cancellations
occurring within 24 hours of a scheduled visit. There is no charge for changes
with more than 24 hours notice. There is a $35.00 fee for a returned check.
